If your mental health is keeping you from working, California State Disability Insurance (SDI) may help replace part of your income while you recover. We provide professional evaluations, treatment recommendations, and support throughout the SDI process when clinically appropriate. Our services include: • Mental health/Psychological evaluations • Clinical symptom assessment and work functioning relevant to SDI and work leave documentation • Clinical documentation and paperwork support • Ongoing treatment, therapy, job protection, and follow-up care • Guidance as you navigate income replacement, employer leave, and treatment processes Documentation is completed only when it is clinically appropriate and supported by the evaluation. Work Leave Care is an independent clinical practice and is not affiliated with the California Employment Development Department (EDD); EDD independently decides benefit eligibility, and job-protected leave is governed by applicable law and administered through employers.
